Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package of Oreo cookies (about 36 cookies)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 12 oz chocolate (white or dark), melted for coating

Instructions

  • Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or by placing them in a ziplock bag and crushing them with a rolling pin.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the crushed Oreos with softened cream cheese until smooth.
  • Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Freeze the balls for about 15 minutes to firm.
  • Dip each Oreo ball in melted chocolate until fully coated, then place back on the parchment-lined sheet.
  • Let the chocolate harden, then serve or store in an airtight container in the fridge.

Notes

  • For an extra touch, drizzle with contrasting chocolate or sprinkle crushed Oreos on top before the chocolate hardens.
  • Store Oreo balls in the refrigerator for up to a week.
