With a perfect mix of crunchy and creamy, these cookies are a crowd-pleaser and easy to make! Treat yourself to a fun twist on traditional chocolate chip cookies with this indulgent recipe.

Ingredients

Scale
  • Cookie Dough:
    • 2 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
    • 1 tsp baking soda
    • ½ tsp salt
    • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
    • ¾ cup brown sugar
    • ¾ cup granulated sugar
    • 2 large eggs
    • 2 tsp vanilla extract
    • 2 cups chocolate chips
  • Stuffing:
    • 24 Oreo cookies

Instructions

  • Prepare the Oven and Baking Sheets: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • Mix Dry Ingredients: In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
  • Cream Butter and Sugars: In a large bowl, beat together butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until creamy. Add eggs one at a time, followed by vanilla extract.
  • Combine Ingredients: Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips.
  • Assemble the Cookies: Take a spoonful of dough and flatten it. Place an Oreo in the center, then cover with more dough, fully encasing the Oreo. Seal edges and shape into a ball.
  • Bake: Place cookies on the prepared baking sheets, leaving space between each. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden around the edges. Cool for a few minutes on the tray, then transfer to a wire rack.

Notes

  • For a gooier center, slightly underbake the cookies.
  • Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
