  • 2 Peaches or Nectarines: Sliced or diced, about 2 cups
  • 2 cups Strawberries: Halved or sliced
  • 1 cup Blackberries: Fresh
  • 1 cup Blueberries: Fresh
  • 2 Tbsp. Fresh Mint: Finely sliced or minced
  • 2 Tbsp. Fresh Lime Juice: About one lime
  • 1 tsp. Honey or Agave: For sweetness

Dressing:

  • 2 Tbsp. Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1 tsp. Honey or Agave: Dissolved in lime juice

Instructions

  • Slice or dice the peaches or nectarines and halve or slice the strawberries.
  • In a large bowl, combine peaches, strawberries, blackberries, and blueberries.
  • Add finely sliced mint to the fruit mixture.
  • In a small bowl, mix fresh lime juice with honey or agave until dissolved.
