    • 2 tbsp brown sugar

    • 2 tbsp cold butter

  • For Glaze:

    • 1 cup powdered sugar

    • 2 tbsp peach juice or milk

    • ½ tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Activate Yeast: Combine warm milk and yeast; let sit 5–10 minutes until foamy.

  2. Mix Dough: Add eggs, butter, sugar, salt, and flour. Knead until soft dough forms.

  3. Let Rise: Cover dough and let it rise 1–1.5 hours until doubled in size.

  4. Prepare Filling: Mix brown sugar and cinnamon. Set aside peaches.

  5. Roll Dough: Roll into a rectangle, spread butter, then sprinkle sugar mixture and peaches.

  6. Form Rolls: Roll tightly and slice into 12 pieces. Place in greased baking dish.

  7. Second Rise: Cover and let rolls rise for another 30–45 minutes.

  8. Make Crumble: Mix flour, brown sugar, and cold butter until crumbly.
