This refreshing Peach Lemonade recipe features fresh peaches, zesty lemon, and a hint of vanilla. It's the perfect summer drink, combining sweet and tart flavors for a deliciously satisfying beverage.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups fresh peaches (about 6 peaches)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon zest (about 2 lemons)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 6 cups cold water (divided)
  • 1 cup fresh lemon juice (about 4-5 lemons)
  • Ice (optional)
  • For garnishing:
    • Lemon slices
    • Fresh peach slices
    • Fresh mint

Instructions

  • Peel, pit, and slice the peaches.
  • In a blender, combine peaches, lemon zest, vanilla extract, sugar, and 2 cups of cold water. Blend until smooth.
  • Pour the peach mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a large pitcher to remove pulp.
  • Add the remaining 4 cups of cold water and the fresh lemon juice to the pitcher. Stir well.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  • Serve over ice and garnish with lemon slices, peach slices, and fresh mint.

Notes

  • For a smoother texture, strain the peach puree twice.
  • Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less sugar according to taste.
  • For a sparkling version, replace some of the water with soda water.
