2 cups rolled oats
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
1 ripe banana, mashed
1 1/4 cups milk (dairy or non-dairy)
1 tsp vanilla extract
