  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup crushed pineapple
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Form the mixture into meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes or until fully cooked.
  • In a saucepan, combine BBQ sauce and crushed pineapple, and simmer for 5 minutes.
