  • For the Cream Cheese Filling:
    • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
    • 4 tablespoons salted butter, softened
    • 1 cup powdered sugar
    • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

 

  1. Preheat the oven and prepare the baking sheet.
  2. Beat the eggs and sugar until thick and light.
