  • 20 jumbo pasta shells
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta, 1/2 cup mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spoon the ricotta mixture into the cooked shells.
  5. Spread 1 cup marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish. Place stuffed shells on top.
  6. Pour the remaining marinara sauce over the shells and sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes until bubbly.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
