These roast beef sliders are the ultimate crowd-pleaser! Featuring tender roast beef, gooey melted cheese, and buttery slider buns, they’re quick to prepare and perfect for parties, game days, or an easy family meal.

  • 12 slider buns
  • 1 lb deli-style roast beef (thinly sliced)
  • 1 cup provolone or Swiss cheese (sliced or shredded)
  • 4 tbsp butter (melted)
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp poppy seeds (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Slice slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Evenly layer the roast beef over the buns, then top with provolone or Swiss cheese.
  • Place the top halves of the buns over the layers of meat and cheese.
  • In a small bowl, mix melted butter, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder. Brush this mixture generously over the tops of the buns. Sprinkle with poppy seeds, if desired.
  • Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 5 minutes until the tops are golden and the cheese is melted.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

  • Swap provolone for cheddar or mozzarella to change up the flavor.
  • For extra flavor, add sautéed onions or horseradish sauce to the sliders.
