Scale
  • 12 oz pasta (penne or ziti)
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/2 cup white wine (or chicken broth)
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes

  • Add shrimp, season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes, and cook until pink.
  • Pour in white wine and lemon juice; let simmer for 2 minutes.
