1 ½ cups of your favorite BBQ sauce
2 ½ lb beef brisket
6 burger buns
Toppings: pickles, onions, slaw, more BBQ sauce
Smokey BBQ Dry Rub:
1 tablespoon light brown sugar
1 tablespoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
Mix all dry rub ingredients together and rub evenly over the brisket.
Place the brisket in the slow cooker and pour 1 cup of BBQ sauce over it.
Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours, until the brisket is tender.
