  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup

  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker. Season with garlic powder, paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add rice, chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, diced carrots, and onions. Stir to combine.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours, until chicken is fully cooked and rice is tender.
  4. About 30 minutes before serving, stir in frozen peas. Cover and continue cooking until peas are heated through.
