  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup jarred queso dip
  • 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies (Rotel)
  • 8-10 small flour or corn tortillas
  • Optional toppings: shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, sour cream, jalapeños

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
  2. Sprinkle taco seasoning over the chicken.
  3. Pour the queso dip and diced tomatoes with green chilies over the chicken.
