This Strawberry Cheesecake Banana Pudding is a luscious no-bake dessert with layers of creamy cheesecake filling, fresh strawberries, bananas, and vanilla wafers. Perfect for parties or a sweet treat!

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 (5.1 oz) box instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 (8 oz) tub whipped topping, thawed
  • 3 cups sliced strawberries
  • 3 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1 box vanilla wafers

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
  • Add sweetened condensed milk, vanilla pudding mix, cold milk, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
  • Fold in half of the whipped topping.
  • In a serving dish, layer vanilla wafers, banana slices, and strawberries.
  • Spread half of the cheesecake mixture over the fruit. Repeat layers.
  • Top with the remaining whipped topping and garnish with extra fruit if desired.

 

  • Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

  • Use ripe but firm bananas to prevent browning.
  • Chill overnight for the best flavor.

 

  • Add crushed vanilla wafers on top for extra crunch.
