1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
1 (5.1 oz) box instant vanilla pudding mix
2 cups cold milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (8 oz) tub whipped topping, thawed
3 cups sliced strawberries
3 ripe bananas, sliced
1 box vanilla wafers
Instructions
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
Add sweetened condensed milk, vanilla pudding mix, cold milk, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
Fold in half of the whipped topping.
In a serving dish, layer vanilla wafers, banana slices, and strawberries.
Spread half of the cheesecake mixture over the fruit. Repeat layers.
Top with the remaining whipped topping and garnish with extra fruit if desired.
Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
Use ripe but firm bananas to prevent browning.
