This Strawberry Cheesecake Dump Cake recipe is a simple and irresistible dessert made with strawberry pie filling, creamy cheesecake, and buttery cake mix. Perfect for parties, potlucks, or a quick sweet treat, this dump cake requires minimal effort but delivers maximum flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 box yellow cake mix

  • 1 (21 oz) can strawberry pie filling

  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened

  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • Optional: fresh strawberries, whipped cream for topping

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.

  • Spread strawberry pie filling evenly in the bottom of the dish.

  • In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.

  • Dollop the cream cheese mixture over the strawberry layer.

  • Sprinkle dry cake mix evenly over the top.

  • Pour melted butter over the cake mix, covering as much as possible.

  • Bake for 40–45 minutes, until golden and bubbly.

 

  • Let cool slightly before serving. Add toppings if desired.

Notes

For extra texture, sprinkle chopped nuts or crushed graham crackers on top before baking. Can be served warm or chilled.
