  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 12 oz pasta (penne or fusilli)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 1/2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Cook pasta according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, milk, garlic, allspice, nutmeg, salt, and pepper. Shape mixture into small meatballs.
  3. Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat. Brown meatballs on all sides and remove.
