1 tsp baking powder

3 large eggs
¾ cup granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
¼ cup milk
8 oz cream cheese, softened
½ cup powdered sugar
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 cup fresh strawberries, diced
½ cup strawberry jam
¼ cup crushed shortbread cookies

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a jelly roll pan with parchment paper.
In a bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
In another bowl, beat eggs and sugar until light and fluffy. Add vanilla extract and milk.
Gently fold in the dry ingredients until just combined.
Spread batter evenly onto the prepared pan and bake for 10-12 minutes.
Remove from oven and roll the cake in a clean towel dusted with powdered sugar. Let cool.
