  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 (6 oz) box stuffing mix
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. Place chicken breasts in the baking dish and top with Swiss cheese slices.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream of chicken soup with milk, then pour over the chicken.
  4. Spread the stuffing mix evenly over the top. Drizzle with melted butter.
  5. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through (165°F internal temp).
  6. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Substitute cheddar or mozzarella for Swiss cheese if desired.
  • Add cooked mushrooms or broccoli for extra veggies.
  • Use low-sodium cream of chicken soup to reduce sodium content.
