  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies (14.5 oz)
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 8 oz pasta (any shape)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • Optional toppings: chopped cilantro, jalapeños, green onions

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, brown ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add taco seasoning, diced tomatoes, and beef broth. Stir to combine.
  3. Add pasta and stir. Cover and let simmer for 12-15 minutes until pasta is cooked.
