Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 large turkey wings, separated at the joints if desired
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional, adjust to taste)

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  • Pat the turkey wings dry with paper towels.
  • In a bowl, combine melted butter, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, dried thyme, and cayenne pepper.
  • Brush the turkey wings generously with the seasoned butter mixture.
  • Place the wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  • Cook for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are golden brown and crispy.
  • Check for doneness using a meat thermometer; the internal temperature should reach 165°F (74°C).

Notes

  • Adjust cayenne pepper to taste if you prefer more or less heat.
  • For even crispier wings, lightly spray them with cooking oil before air frying.
