Delight in the refreshing flavors of summer with this Bellini Peach Raspberry Iced Tea. Combining ripe peaches, tangy raspberries, and smooth black tea, this sparkling iced beverage is a fruity twist on the classic Bellini. Ideal for hot days, brunches, or elegant gatherings, it's naturally sweetened and bursting with antioxidants.

Ingredients

  • 4 black tea bags

  • 4 cups water

  • 1 cup peach nectar

  • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries

  • 1 ripe peach, sliced

  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)

  • 1 cup sparkling water

  • Ice cubes

  • Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Boil 4 cups of water and steep black tea bags for 5–7 minutes. Remove and let cool.

  2. In a pitcher, combine tea, peach nectar, raspberries, sliced peach, and honey. Stir well.

  3. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to infuse.

  4. Just before serving, add sparkling water and ice cubes.

  5. Garnish with fresh mint and extra peach or raspberry slices if desired.

Notes

  • For a sweeter version, increase honey or use agave syrup.

  • You can use green tea instead of black for a lighter flavor.

  • For a cocktail version, add a splash of Prosecco.
