  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup Bisquick mix
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a 9-inch pie plate.
  • In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion over medium heat until beef is browned. Drain excess grease.
  • Season with salt and black pepper, then spread beef mixture into the prepared pie plate.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over the beef mixture.
  • In a bowl, whisk together milk, Bisquick mix, and eggs until smooth. Pour over the beef and cheese.
  • Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown and a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
