This Chicken Caesar Wrap is a delicious and portable meal featuring juicy chicken, crisp romaine lettuce, parmesan cheese, and creamy Caesar dressing wrapped in a soft tortilla. Perfect for lunch or a light dinner, it's easy to make and full of classic Caesar salad flavors!

  • 2 large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced (grilled or rotisserie)
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • ½ cup Caesar dressing
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup croutons, crushed (optional, for crunch)
  • Freshly cracked black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Warm the tortillas slightly in a dry skillet or microwave to make them pliable.
  • In a large bowl, combine the chicken, romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, parmesan cheese, and croutons. Toss until evenly coated.
  • Spoon half of the chicken Caesar mixture onto the center of each tortilla.
  • Fold the sides of the tortilla in, then roll it tightly into a wrap.
