  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract

Cinnamon Sugar Topping:

  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

 

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a 9x13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, combine melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar. Stir until smooth.
  • Mix in the eggs and vanilla extract until well combined.
  • Add flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir just until combined, being careful not to overmix.
  • Spread the batter evenly into the prepared pan.
  • In a small bowl, combine the cinnamon and sugar for the topping, then sprinkle evenly over the batter.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let the blondies cool before cutting into squares.
