  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded provolone cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp melted butter

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Season chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear chicken for 3-4 minutes per side.
  • Transfer seared chicken to a baking dish and spread ranch dressing evenly over the top of each piece.
  • In a bowl, mix parmesan cheese, provolone cheese, breadcrumbs, and melted butter. Sprinkle the mixture over the chicken.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and the topping is golden brown.
  • Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
