  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 1 jar (15 oz) Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups uncooked pasta (penne or rotini recommended)
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in the crockpot and season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  2. Pour chicken broth and Alfredo sauce over the chicken. Add minced garlic.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or until the chicken is tender.
  4. Remove the chicken, shred or chop, and return to the crockpot.
  5. Stir in the heavy cream and uncooked pasta. Cover and cook for an additional 30-45 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is cooked.
  6. Add Parmesan cheese and stir well. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if needed.
  7. Serve warm, garnished with parsley if desired.
