  • 1 pound pizza dough
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 6 slices bacon, fried and roughly chopped
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons chives, fresh, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, fresh, chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 500℉.
  • Spray a 15.25 x 10.25-inch baking sheet with cooking spray.
  • Roll out the pizza dough and place it on the baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil.
  • Evenly distribute the mozzarella cheese over the dough, followed by the Parmesan cheese.
  • Top with bacon and cherry tomatoes. Crack 6 eggs on the pizza.
  • Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
  • Garnish with chopped chives and parsley before serving.
