Ingredients
Scale
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 tbsp olive oil
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup chicken broth
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp chili flakes (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh basil leaves (for garnish)
Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
Sear chicken for 4–5 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic for 1 minute. Add chicken broth, heavy cream, and Parmesan cheese. Stir until smooth.
Mix in sun-dried tomatoes, oregano, and chili flakes. Simmer the sauce for 3–5 minutes.
Return chicken to the skillet, spoon the sauce over, and cook on low heat for 10–15 minutes until fully cooked.
Garnish with fresh basil and serve with pasta, mashed potatoes, or crusty bread.
Notes
For a lighter version, substitute heavy cream with half-and-half.
Add extra Parmesan for a thicker sauce.
