4 cups fresh or frozen peaches, sliced
1 cup fresh raspberries
¾ cup granulated sugar (divided)
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 cup all-purpose flour
1½ teaspoons baking powder
¼ teaspoon salt
¾ cup milk
½ cup unsalted butter, melted
Optional: vanilla ice cream for serving
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a bowl, combine peaches, raspberries, ¼ cup sugar, and lemon juice. Set aside.
In another bowl, mix flour, remaining sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Stir in milk and melted butter until batter forms.
