Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are an irresistible snack or meal, loaded with juicy beef, melted cheese, and garlic parmesan flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Remove from heat and mix in shredded cheddar cheese.
  4. Flatten biscuit dough and place a spoonful of beef mixture in the center. Fold dough over and seal the edges to form a ball.
  5. Place the balls seam-side down on a baking sheet.
  6. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Garnish with parsley if desired and serve warm.

Notes

  • Serve with ketchup, mustard, or garlic aioli for dipping.
  • Can be made ahead and reheated in the oven or air fryer.
