1 lb baby potatoes, halved
3 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp paprika

2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
Sear chicken for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet.
Add potatoes to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 10-12 minutes until tender and golden.
