  • 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Sear chicken for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet.
