  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Flatten chicken breasts with a mallet to an even thickness.
  • In a bowl, mix Parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sear chicken breasts for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden.
  • Place chicken on a baking sheet. Top with breadcrumb mixture.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until chicken is cooked through (165°F internal temperature).
