  • 4 king-sized English muffins
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 6 slices bacon
  • 1½ cups cheddar cheese
  • 1½ cups shredded Monterey jack cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Split the English muffins in half and brush with olive oil.
  • Sprinkle garlic powder and onion powder evenly on each muffin half.
  • Toast the muffins in the oven for 5-7 minutes until lightly golden.
  • In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Whisk together the eggs and milk, then pour into the skillet.
  • Cook the eggs, stirring frequently, until softly scrambled.
  • Cook the bacon in a separate skillet until crispy, then crumble into pieces.
