Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

  6. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Substitute ground turkey or chicken for a lighter option.
  • Add shredded cheese or diced vegetables for extra flavor.
  • Freeze uncooked mini meatloaves for up to 3 months; thaw before baking.
