These no-bake mini banana cream pies are the perfect bite-sized dessert for any occasion. With a buttery graham cracker crust, smooth banana cream filling, and slices of fresh banana, they’re easy to make and require no oven time. Ideal for a quick dessert fix or party treats.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 (3.4 oz) box instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 1/2 cups cold milk
  • 1 cup whipped cream or whipped topping
  • 2 large bananas, sliced
  • Additional whipped cream for topping (optional)

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press the mixture into the bottom of mini muffin tins or individual tart pans to form the crust. Chill for 10 minutes.
  • Prepare the pudding mix by whisking it with cold milk until thickened. Fold in 1 cup of whipped cream.
  • Layer banana slices on the graham cracker crust, then spoon the banana cream mixture over the top.
  • Chill the mini pies for at least 30 minutes to set.
  • Top with more whipped cream and additional banana slices before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, drizzle with caramel or chocolate sauce before serving.
  • These pies can be made a day ahead and stored in the fridge.
