This Nutella cream-filled crepes recipe creates light, buttery crepes filled with smooth, chocolate-hazelnut Nutella. Perfect for breakfast, brunch, or dessert, these delicious crepes are easy to make and irresistibly good!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • ½ cup water
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ cup Nutella
  • Whipped cream (optional)
  • Powdered sugar (for dusting)

 

  • Fresh berries (for garnish)

Instructions

  • In a bowl, whisk together flour, eggs, milk, water, melted butter, sugar, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
  • Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease with butter.
  • Pour about ¼ cup of batter into the pan, swirling to spread evenly.
  • Cook for 1-2 minutes until edges lift, then flip and cook for another 30 seconds.
  • Spread Nutella over each crepe and fold or roll them.

 

  • Dust with powdered sugar and top with whipped cream and berries if desired.
