These Pepperoni Pizza Bombs are a delicious, cheesy snack made with biscuit dough, gooey mozzarella, and spicy pepperoni. Baked to golden perfection, they make the perfect appetizer or party treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 20 pepperoni slices
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

  • ¼ cup marinara sauce (for dipping)

Instructions

  • Flatten each biscuit dough piece and place 2 pepperoni slices and a spoonful of mozzarella in the center.
  • Fold and pinch the edges to seal into a ball.
  • Place seam-side down on the baking sheet. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.

  • Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
